In the fall of 1994, a group of Holy Cross parishioners looking for a way to faithfully live out their Catholic Faith began a Bible study using the Little Rodk Scripture Study program. More than twenty-five books of the Bible have been studied. Bible study has become a way of life for the participants - enhancing every facet of their lives - faith, family, work and play.

Little Rock Scripture Study materials are easy to use and designed to meet the needs of a world that is in need of good news. No prior study or knowledge of the Bible is necessary to begin the program. Whether you are single, married, widowed or divorced, a parent or not, working at home, in a factory or a school, your life can be enriched. Babysitting and study classes for children are provided. Join your neighbors and friends on Sunday evenings from 6:15 PM to 7:45 PM in the Holy Cross Meeting Room and you will experience:

 

  • deeper, more personal relationship with God
  • lively Christian community
  • greater desire to reach out to others in need
  • stronger sense of family, faith, and prayer
  • richer appreciation for the Church's teachings and worship
  • increased understanding of the journey of faith
